6PM Street is a creative studio rooted in urban planning, public storytelling, and design strategy. We are led by Mehedi Khan, a seasoned urban planner with over 10 years of experience across both public andprivate sectors. His work spans municipal development, housing, and grassroots advocacy—bridging technical expertise with creative direction.

Our team includes Madelyn Aguilar, an experienced graphic designer and illustrator whose work translates complex ideas into clear, engaging visual systems; and Jarelle Thomson Baynes, a content strategist and storyteller focused on building public narratives that resonate.

We specialize in helping non-profits, community organizations, and businesses communicate city-building ideas in accessible and impactful ways—through campaigns, exhibits, toolkits, and spatial engagement. Whether it’s shaping planning reports, co-designing exhibits, or building multi-platform media, our goal is to make planning public.
